When he arrived at Lafayette, Harsh Agrawal ’01, now an associate with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, New York City, found caring professors who helped him move beyond his expectations. “They encouraged me to do a lot of things I’d never done before,” he says. “They instilled in me a drive to go out and explore new things.” Armed with new confidence, Agrawal landed an internship at a financial firm and contacted several College alumni, who helped him focus on a career. “The alumni network is very, very strong if you take advantage of it. Lafayette’s alumni are very committed.”
