The Riverside Festival of the Arts will take place Sept. 20-21

Come downtown Sept. 20-21, to witness the sights and sounds of regional talent at the 12th Annual Riverside Festival of the Arts. Held in Riverside Park on Larry Holmes Drive, the Festival will run from 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
The festival is a multi-arts event featuring a juried art show and sale which showcases some of the best artists and artisans from the tri-state area. Fine art, craft, and literary exhibits will run throughout both days, as will musical performances at the Riverside Amphitheater.

In conjunction with the festival, Lafayette Day in the Square will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 20 in Centre Square, and will feature food, free giveaways, music, and art.

Saturday, Sept. 20

Noon – 5 p.m. Riverside Festival Book Party hosted by Usborne Books at Home, activities for children and books for purchase.
Noon – 5 p.m. Art is Happening! presents “States of Grace, us Intentional Flags.”
1 p.m. – 3 p.m. RFA Literary Corner: “Author! Author”! featuring The Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group.
Sunday, Sept. 21

Noon – 5 p.m. The Children’s Corner sponsored by The Crayola Factory.
Noon – 5 p.m. Riverside Festival Book Party hosted by Usborne Books at Home, activities for children and books for purchase.
Noon – 5 p.m. Art is Happening! presents “States of Grace, us Intentional Flags.”
1 p.m. Story Time with Miss Jennifer featuring librarian Jennifer Stocker from the Easton Public Library.
1 p.m. – 3 p.m. RFA Literary Corner: “Author! Author!” featuring The Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group.
4:15 p.m. Prizes awarded for The Juried Fine Art & Fine Craft Exhibition, 30 artists will exhibit their work for evaluation and purchasing.
