Kids’ Farm Day will be May 16

The Easton Farmers’ Market is holding a Kids’ Farm Day from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Saturday, May 16 in Centre Square.

There will be a farm animal petting zoo including alpacas, a pony, a calf, goats, sheep, piglets, chicks, ducks, and more. Folk singer Heather Mulvey will perform animal sing-along songs from 10 a.m.–noon. Children also can participate in barnyard-themed games and arts and crafts. The petting zoo is provided courtesy of Flint Hill Farm Educational Center in Coopersburg.

As the nation’s oldest continuously operating open-air farmers’ market, the Easton Farmers’ Market offers information, ideas, recipes, and more from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday, May through November.
