Annual race event will feature a classic car show, musical performances, and father-child activities, June 21

Easton’s annual Soap Box Derby will be held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. June 21 with many activities celebrating Father’s Day.

Hosted by the Easton Main Street Initiative, the race will feature 24 participants and will run from the intersection of Fifth and Northampton streets down to Centre Square.

Race festivities will include a classic car show, musical performances by The Paul Green School of Rock Music, entertainment by Balloons the Clown, father-child tricycle races, face painting, and an appearance by TIP the Crayola Crayon. There also will be race day specials at shops and restaurants throughout downtown Easton.
