Herb Day will be Aug. 1

The Easton Farmers’ Market will hold an Herb Day Saturday, Aug. 1 in Centre Square.

Talks about the growing and use of herbs will be every half hour in the morning. At 11:30 a.m., there will be a cooking demonstration using fresh herbs by Jonathan Davis, the chef and owner of Pearly Baker’s Ale House. Live music will be provided by the Billy Bauer Band.

As the nation’s oldest continuously operating open-air farmers’ market, the Easton Farmers’ Market offers information, ideas, recipes, and more from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday, May through November.
