Alumni and friends will don their maroon and white and travel back to Easton for Homecoming 2010 on Saturday, Oct. 16. Events featured throughout the day will provide opportunities to reconnect with friends and enjoy the campus. The Leopards will kick off against the Stony Brook Seawolves at 1 p.m.

The annual alumni tailgate on the Quad will get under way at 11 a.m. Entertainment will include student singing groups, the Pep Band, an appearance by the Lafayette Leopard, a moon bounce, and a delicious new menu. There will be adjoining tents for the Maroon Club, affinity groups including fraternities and sororities, and a special area for young alumni.

The third annual Arts Society TexBrex Arts Alumni Breakfast will begin at 9 a.m. in the Williams Center for the Arts lobby. From 9:30-10:30 a.m. there will be a toast to coeducation in the Wilson Room, Pfenning Alumni Center, as well as the unveiling of the First Women of Lafayette Commemorative Quilt. A talk by student members of Engineers Without Borders will be presented from 9:30-11 a.m. in Acopian Engineering Center.

Four special exhibits are on display throughout the campus on Friday and Saturday, and the College Store will be open both days. The fun on Saturday concludes with Disco Fever, dinner and dancing to a ’70s theme in the Bergethon Room and Fleck Wing, Marquis Hall.
