Lafayette Dining Services is now serving Starbucks coffee, espresso creations, and non-espresso alternatives at Skillman Café. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was hosted last week by Student Government President Matthew Grandon ’12; Mitchell Wein, vice president for finance and administration; and Joseph Binotto, general manager of dining services.

Starbucks is one of many new features and services available to students at the College’s seven eateries including an interactive online menu and LCD screens at each food station displaying nutritional values.

Skillman Café also offers fresh pastries and desserts, yogurt parfaits, fruit, salads, and sandwiches. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sunday noon-11 p.m.
