The 2014 Lafayette football schedule will include four games at Fisher Stadium while Lafayette will also host the 150th meeting of college football’s most-played rivalry Nov. 22 at Yankee Stadium.
Season ticket packages will go on sale Nov. 1 on goleopards.com or through the Lafayette ticket office (610-330-5471, tickets@lafayette.edu). Season ticket prices remain the same as in 2013: $52 for adults, $36 for seniors, and $24 for youth. Coke Zone tickets will cost $160 per person. Single-game parking passes will be available for sale next summer.
Season ticket holders can purchase Lafayette-Lehigh tickets in prime seating locations for the 150th meeting in Yankee Stadium through a promotional code supplied to them before the tickets go on sale to the general public.
Lafayette will open the season on the road for the third time in four seasons, traveling to Sacred Heart in Fairfield, Conn., Sept. 6. The Leopards home opener will be against Robert Morris Sept. 13 as part of Family Weekend. October marks the opening of Patriot League play and Lafayette will have perhaps its toughest challenge against a Fordham squad that will have a full complement of scholarship athletes. October ends with Homecoming Weekend against Holy Cross Oct. 25.
The 2014 regular season closes with the 150th Lafayette-Lehigh game. Student ticket prices start at $35 for end zone/200 level seating. Most seating in the 200 level will cost $50 while seats at the field level will cost $75. Other seating options are available through the Lafayette ticket office. Tickets purchased through the majority of Lafayette’s allotment will be on the first base side of the stadium. We are hoping that the Yankees will release more tickets for our alumni, staff and parents and we will let the Lafayette Community know if more tickets will become available. Please visit http://www.goleopards.com and follow @GoLeopards on twitter for the most up-to-date information.
Also visit http://www.lafayette.edu/lafayette-in-nyc/ for information for special programs, transportation and more.
As we draw closer to the 150th meeting of college football’s most played rivalry, information will become available on alumni telecast parties, the live national broadcast and Lafayette Sports Network’s bonus coverage.
Lehigh has a form that their alumni can fill out if they were unable to get tickets for Rivalry 150. Will Lafayette do anything else to help those of us still searching? ( Yankee Stadium hasn’t even returned two emails).
I live on Cape Cod in Mass. Is there a bus leaving from Boston that the alumni chapter has set up?
How do we buy tickets for the Lehigh game at Yankee Stadium?
