Artist by day, Lafayette custodian by night, Joe Swarctz is hoping an animated cartoon he created called “NIGHTBAT: The Almost Hero of Echo City” will get picked up by a major network. But he considers winning his student-nominated Hoff Award one of his finest moments. In this episode of Pard Tracks, Swarctz talks about his dual roles and how students have inspired his art.
