More than 140 students will be studying in the Czech Republic, Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands, Germany, India, Italy, Madagascar, New Zealand, and Tanzania during winter break.

This is the 37th year in which Lafayette is offering concentrated, three-week, faculty-led courses during the January interim session between semesters. In many courses, students take part in hands-on field work and meet prominent business people, cultural figures, government officials, and scholars, learning directly from these experts about the subject matter they are studying.

In May and June, students will explore Germany, Iceland, Italy, and the United Kingdom in similar faculty-led, concentrated courses.
