In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, the College held a service and lecture April 8. The Armenia Divine Liturgy was officiated by His Eminence Abp. Viken Aykazian, Legate of the Armenian Eastern Diocese of the United States, in Colton Chapel. Author Rachel Srubas presented the talk “Armenian Journey: An Ancestral Pilgrimage.” Srubas, whose great-uncle died during the genocide, presented images and reflections from her pilgrimage to Turkey. The events were sponsored by the Acopian Family, the Office of Religious & Spiritual Life, and the International Students Association.
