Welcome to the College’s redesigned website, the culmination of a yearlong effort between Information Technology Services and the Communications Division. The new site features a visually engaging and story-focused design that’s optimized on desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.

This initial phase of the redesign was limited to the top-level website and several major subsections.

Phase 2 of the project, in which the new design is rolled out to department, office, and program websites, is scheduled to begin in the fall. The new design, like the previous one, is powered by WordPress.

The project was led by Ken Newquist, director of web applications development. Members of the team include Jason Alley from ITS, along with Erwin Annulysse, Dave Block ’93, Michael Litzenberger, Kathleen Parrish, and Kris Todaro from the Communications Division. Design and theme development for the new site was done by Fastspot (www.fastspot.com) of Baltimore, MD.

Comments and questions about the new website can be emailed to infohelp@lafayette.edu.
