City Center Investment Corp., the real estate development company revitalizing downtown Allentown, Pa., and Lafayette’s Dyer Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship announced today they have partnered to launch The Real Estate Lab, a program designed to teach downtown Allentown residents how to invest in real estate and manage properties as well as provide access to the resources and capital needed to become real estate entrepreneurs.

Dyer Center Director Yusuf Dahl developed and led a similar venture that transformed downtown Milwaukee. His story was recently featured on Good Morning America.

City Center President J.B. Reilly ’83 donated the space for The Real Estate Lab and made an initial investment of $1 million to the Allentown Neighborhood Innovation Fund.
