Fatimata Cham on set for the Apple TV+ production of ‘Dear…’
Members of the campus community gathered Wednesday to celebrate Fatimata Cham ’23 and her appearance on Apple TV+’s show Dear… The docuseries features celebrities reading letters by people whose lives have been changed through their work. Cham wrote her letter to Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani Nobel Prize winner who’s fighting for women’s education rights.
Cham, who is passionate about environmental justice and gender equity, found inspiration from Yousafzai.
WMFZ-TV covered the event and interviewed Cham about the experience.
