Coach John Troxell
WFMZ-TV attended a Lafayette football spring practice and interviewed head coach John Troxell ’94, Marco Olivas ’23, and Ah-Shaun Davis ’25 about their excitement for the fall season. The team was preparing for its annual Maroon-White Spring Game, a 50-play controlled scrimmage at Fisher Stadium.
“We’re teaching a new offense and defense, so there is a learning curve,” Troxell said. “But we’re excited about how far we’ve come … spring has been pretty productive so far.”
