Haley's withdrawal not a surprise, although she may return, Kincaid tells WFMZ
WFMZ quoted John Kincaid, Robert B. and Helen S. Meyner Professor of Government and Public Service, in its March 6 report about Nikki Haley’s withdrawal from the GOP presidential primary race.
Kincaid said he was not surprised that Haley dropped out, although she may change her mind as the election draws near, especially if Donald Trump, the party’s likely nominee, ends up needing her supporters.
