Strategic planning listening sessions

The Campus-Wide Working Groups have been meeting throughout this semester to draft strategic goals and corresponding action steps for each of their particular themes. 

In coordination with the working groups, the Strategic Planning Steering Committee is hosting open listening sessions for campus community members to hear from the working groups about their progress. These sessions will also include an opportunity for campus community members to provide feedback to the working groups as they finalize their recommendations for submission to the steering committee. 

If you are interested in participating in a listening session, please find your constituent group below and register to attend a session:

Administration/Staff

Registration is encouraged, not required.

• Tuesday, April 16, 12-1:15 p.m., Wilson Room in Pfenning Alumni Center (Lunch provided)
• Wednesday, April 24, 4:15-5:30 p.m., Zoom (virtual session for the entire campus community)

Faculty

Registration is encouraged, not required. 

• Wednesday, April 17, 4:15-5:30 p.m., Marlo Room in Farinon Center *Session for pre-tenure and non-tenured faculty (lecturers, visitors, and librarians)
• Tuesday, April 23, 12-1:15 p.m., Clay Ketcham Room in Marquis Hall (Lunch provided)
• Wednesday, April 24, 4:15-5:30 p.m., Zoom (virtual session for the entire campus community)

Students

Registration is encouraged, not required.

• Tuesday, April 16, 4:15-5:30 p.m., Leopard’s Lair in Farinon Center (pizza provided)
• Wednesday, April 24, 4:15-5:30 p.m., Zoom (virtual session for the entire campus community)

As the academic year comes to a close and the planning process moves forward into the summer, the steering committee will continue to look for opportunities to engage community members in strategic plan development.
