Lafayette College is pleased to celebrate five faculty members who have been promoted to associate professor with continuous tenure effective this academic year:

“Part of the joy of announcing tenure and promotion at Lafayette is the opportunity to trumpet broadly the power and reach of our faculty across the disciplines,” Provost Laura McGrane says. “These five colleagues represent the very best of our scholarly and teaching community here, and we look forward to following their trajectories in the years to come.”

The College also celebrates one member of the faculty who has been named a senior lecturer:

“Promotion to full professor at Lafayette is a testament to the sustained brilliance of our faculty across scholarship, teaching, service, and leadership. Professors Quiros, Soh, and Yu have demonstrated expertise in creative writing, lab research, and scholarly publication,” McGrane says. “They, along with senior lecturer Professor Huang, have mentored students, many of whom are now professionals in their own fields, and led departments and programs to strengthen the full academic curriculum at the College. I am grateful for their collaboration and vision.”
