A first generation college student, Darlyne Bailey was among the first women to attend Lafayette College. Bailey is professor and dean emeritus of Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, director and founder of the Social Justice Initiative, and special assistant to the President for Community Partnerships at Bryn Mawr College, Pa.
