“Dr. Mitchell deserves to be recognized as a Faculty All-Star because of her infectious personality and passion for learning and commitment to student success. She thoroughly takes interest in her students by asking how they are doing and encourages them to use her as a resource whether it be for recommendation letters or research. Dr. Mitchell is also one of the most intelligent and kindhearted professors that I have met.
