Easton is chock-full of delicious, locally owned restaurants and cafes ready to celebrate with you and your family during Commencement weekend.

From Tuscan favorites to perfectly grilled steak, fresh seafood to inventive menus featuring Greek, Brazilian, and Albanian specialties—Easton has exactly what you’re craving. 

With help from Easton Main Street Initiative, here’s a list of local eateries throughout Easton to book that perfect celebratory dinner or a tasty brunch for you and your graduate. Pro tip: Make a reservation early to guarantee a spot and be mindful of reservation details. In order to accommodate all the visitors in Easton for Commencement weekend, some restaurants may charge a cancellation fee if you don’t show for your reservation.

3rd & Ferry, 56 S. Third St. Celebrate with a raw bar, seafood tower, and all your seafood faves at 3rd & Ferry Fish Market. Crab-stuffed mushrooms, spicy tuna tartare, clams scampi—and those are just to start! (Outdoor dining)

Albanesi, 235 Ferry St. This tasting menu features an array of delicious bites—starting with whipped goat cheese, roasted beets, broiled oysters, and tempura cauliflower, followed by Albanian baked rice, braised lamb shoulder, roasted cabbage steak, mahi mahi, gulash, filet mignon and more.

Aman’s Artisan Indian Cuisine, 336 Northampton St. Named a Tripadvisor Best of the Best World Top 10% Restaurant and lauded by Lehigh Valley Style, Morning Call Readers’ Choice awards, and OpenTable Diners’ Choice awards, Aman’s offers out-of-this-world butter chicken, tikka masala, and tandoori specials. Daddy’s Place, 650 Northampton St. Baba ghanoush, tabouli, locally sourced grape leaves, falafel, kebabs, kibbeh, and shawarma—find all your Lebanese favorites in one place. (Outdoor dining)

Easton Wine Project, 1247 Simon Blvd., N103 The 1.75-mile Karl Stirner Arts Trail connects Downtown Easton to the Simon Silk Mill, and doubles as an outdoor art museum. The Silk Mill boasts several shops and cafés to try. Find shareable snacks and flatbreads, bowls, and sandwiches, plus wines named for Easton locales and traditions.

Jasmine Sushi Hibachi and Thai, 1855 Sullivan Trail, Forks Township Enjoy sushi, Thai curries and noodles, or enjoy a delicious hibachi meal.

Meli European Taverna, 322 Northampton St. Meli offers a menu of Greek classics and specialties. Find dolmades, skordalia and tzatziki spreads (but save room for the saganaki cheese flambé!), gyro platters, sea bass, deconstructed pastitsio, filet mignon, tomahawk chop, and grilled lamb chops.

Mesa Modern Mexican, 42 S. Third St. For starters, feast on guacamole and a bevy of botanas such as ceviche, coconut shrimp, or chicken empanadas. Dinner delights with tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, salads, or main dishes. Or stop by for brunch and dine on breakfast quesadillas, avocado toast, or huevos rancheros. (Outdoor dining)

Porters’ Pub, 700 Northampton St. This cozy Old World-style pub offers grazers like duck bacon sausage sliders, award-winning nachos, and lobster mac and cheese. In the mood for a sandwich? Try the French Dip or The Porter. Entrees feature steak, salmon, Guinness-braised brisket, jambalaya, and more. Enjoy Sunday brunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with corned beef hash, steak and eggs, waffle brisket, and more!

River Grille, 243 Northampton St. Find contemporary American cuisine such as tuna tartare, gnocchi bolognese, Chilean sea bass, and Guinness-braised short ribs.

Sette Luna, 219 Ferry St. For dinner, share wood-fired pizzas or tuck into osso buco, pastas, and a slice or two of Mama’s cheesecake for dessert. The Sunday Jazz Brunch beckons with frittatas, eggs in purgatory, salmon pizza, and more. (Outdoor dining)

State Cafe and Grill, 14-16 S. Fifth St. State Cafe and Grill offers a bevy of omelets, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, frittatas with local fixings, and more. Note: The restaurant is temporarily closed for repairs but will host a pop-up at Bank Street Annex May 8-9. Get your favorite breakfast and lunch dishes 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days.

Sunny Side Up, 1800 Sullivan Trail, Forks Township Enjoy The Lafayette Platter, or dig into Belgian waffles, sweet potato flapjacks, breakfast sandwiches, and more. 

Tapestry, 101 Northampton St. Enjoy a cappuccino and apple-ricotta toast with local honey, egg souffle, and an assortment of danish and croissants. For lunch, enjoy a flatbread pizza, salads, small plates, or tapas.

Zaks Bistro, 645 Northampton St. The owners of Daddy’s Place now have a lunch spot serving your favorite Lebanese plates. Start with fried cauliflower with tahini, whipped feta, or balila chickpea salad, then peruse the menu of handheld sandwiches, shawarma or falafel bowls, open pies, and pizzas.

Carmelcorn Shop, 62 Centre Square Remember your time in Easton with a few sweets from the Carmelcorn Shop. Tucked in a corner of Easton’s Centre Square, this shop boasts freshly roasted nuts, caramel corn, chocolates, and candy.

Owowcow, 1262 Simon Blvd., B106 Take a quiet break and sneak in one last walk along the Karl Stirner Arts Trail with a cone in your hand from Owowcow. This ice cream shop starts with an organic cream base and adds locally sourced fresh fruits and mix-ins for flavors like honey lavender, strawberry, blueberry lemon, and more.

Pie + Tart, 349 Northampton St. Stop by Pie + Tart for savory items such as hand pies, Aussie sausage rolls, and quiche, or try a sweet slice of their tarts, pies, and pasteis de nata.

Presley’s Cocktail Bar, 159 Northampton St. Presley’s Cocktail Bar boasts a cocktail lounge and private event space.

Stone Farm Cellars, 46 Centre Square Reservations are not needed, but a heads up is appreciated if your group is headed to Stone Farm Cellars. In addition to 31 handcrafted wines, find light fare and desserts.

Clever Girl Winery, 116 Northampton St. Enjoy wine or sangria flights, along with shareable bites. Be sure to call to give a heads up if your group is larger than four people.
