“Extraordinarily self-driven.” “Showing great maturity and poise.” “Fearless.” “Inspiring.” “Not afraid to advocate for intellectual interests.” “An incredibly enthusiastic puzzle solver.” This is how Lafayette’s faculty members have described this year’s class of STEM Stars. This group of 10 students have shown—through research, internships, hands-on work, and a can-do attitude—that nothing is impossible when they put their minds to it.

Here, in honor of National STEM Day, we celebrate their achievements, their dreams for the future, and their unwavering commitment to learning and teaching.

It is completely true that Lafayette College prepares student to go their destinations wherever they wish to. I can tell by all the sessions I have attended and the social media. I am very desperate for Lafayette.
